Innovative Solutions Construction, Inc. is a fully licensed, employee owned, full service construction company. Serving all of South Florida and its surrounding areas. We are a second-generation, general contracting firm specializing in commercial construction and hurricane preparedness. Our team possesses well over 75 years combined experience.
We are fully licensed, certified and insured to provide you with the most reliable service in the industry. Our goal is to give our clients the best possible service with an emphasis on providing turn key services, so that you worry less and focus more on what you do best.

Morgan Marcos (Owner)
Innovative Solutions Construction, was founded in 2010 by Morgan Marcos. Morgan is a Certified General Contractor who over the course of his career has completed over 200 projects in South Florida ranging from $500,000 to over $10 Million. He is known for his relentless execution and solutions driven mindset. Although the company has grown substantially over the past decade and a half, Morgan remains personally involved and continues to work with his team.
Yarixa Marcos (Director of Operations)
Yarixa is a devoted wife, dedicated mother of two teenage sons, and former educator with a background in broadcast communications. She attended both Miami Dade College and Florida International University and majored in Special Education. As a former teacher, she has taught all grades on the elementary level but also was the chairperson for several clubs, social committees, and served as the ESE compliance specialist for one of miami dade’s public schools. In 2020, Yarixa set her sights on transitioning out of the education field and into construction sector. As the DOO, she has created several successful marketing campaigns, increased the companies presence on various social handles, implemented employee policies, maximized ISC’s productivity and performance. She overseas production and is OSHA 30 certified.

Vinicius Adam is a business and tax law attorney. He previously worked for the Circuit Courts of Broward and Hillsborough Counties. He graduated from Stetson University College of law with honors and holds a master’s degree in taxation law from Georgetown University.
